We charge a fee to facilitate the running of work-experience programs, covering the logistics, student training and assessment, and coordination with the partner firm. Each work-experience program comes with rigorous practical skills training spread across two modules, with hands-on content that is specifically applicable to the context of the partner firm. These modules are led by professional mentors from companies, with whom students have an opportunity to network and ask for referrals too.
We also provide careers training in practical skills, such as corporate communications, project-based work or group-build work, which are not explicitly taught at highschool or even university. Finally, each student gets individualized check-in sessions with the program coordinator to ensure they are on track; has access to recordings of all sessions if they have to miss one; is entitled to an unlimited number of office hours with module leaders, to resolve any queries or just network with them; and access to a growing alumni platform with further opportunities for idea spreading and networking. For all of the above reasons, our programs come with a tuition cost.
